Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Once we receive the returned item (or proof of postage), we will process your refund within 14 days.
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund immediately.
You may handle the item as you would in a physical shop to check its nature, features, and functioning.
If the product is returned unused and in its original condition, you will receive a full refund.
If the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss of value.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
We will also cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless a different timeframe was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

The right to cancel does not apply to:
Personalised or customised items.
Perishable goods.
